MP Klang Charles Santiago visited to Pandamaran Jaya-PKNS flat. The residents is frustrated of the deteriorated building conditions, white ants destroyed all wooden components of the house, many houses’ ceiling crack and water leaking from the ceiling, moreover, the walls are made of polystyrene! The flat house has become residents’ nightmare

It is really sad to read about so many ordinary folks that are deprived from good living conditions that should be accorded to them. Where are the maintenance people and program for the upkeep of the Flats?
Would suggest that future development of flats and apartments should have at least followed how Singapore takes care of their HDB flats and their citizens welfare in that area.
Don’t need to hold a study visit to check things out, just ask the Malaysians who are living and working there or just visit their website. Much more economical this way.
