    Dear MP Charles.

Amidst the present political circus in the country, I write in the hope that as MP of Klang you will make some time to look into what may seem like a ’standalone’ cry if you like.

I live in a small area named Bayumas which is directly behind the BayuPerdana apartments. At the risk of coming accross as blunt, the area I live and KLANG IS A DIRTY TOWN AND THERE IS ABSOULETLY NAUGHT DONE.

My plea and challenge to the newly elected, is to please look at the filth that surrounds the town.

Doubtless, it is the mindset of the people that need change, however if there are no proper enforcements in place the lacksadical attitudes of Klangites will never change.

The backlane of my road Jalan sambau 14 is laced with dog excretion and one has to be so careful with the ones footings.

Almost every house in the vicinity owns a dog and they blatantly walk their dogs or allow them to roam freely and ‘do their business’ at anyones back door or front lane with no care for general hygeine.

May I implore your good office to look into formating by laws to state that if one has a dog than the onous is on the dog owner to clean up after their dog and not allow them to roam or walk them in front other homes to ‘do their business’

I have made numerous complaints to the council and health department and even recetly tried to speak to a reporter all of whom had the same attitued, that being, ‘we can’t change the people and there is nothing we can do.’
The health department has sent their dog catchers which to a large extent it is to no avail.

Therefore as a resident, and tax payer I am bound by the lack of enforcement, civic mindedness and the tidak apa attitudes of both the people and the powers that be in what appears to be an easy way out …continue to live in live filth.

How can we change to a nation of progress when simple and basic fundementals are not in the masterplan for progress.

All these years we have not been able to curtail the crime rate, clean up the town and for how many more years are we have to continue to live in the same manner?

Klang seems to have futuristic buildings developed in every corner but the third rate mentality stays locked in with room for growth.

(I expect this complaint will fall on deaf ears but it never hurts to try)
for it is the powers that be that can help change the town for the better.

This is my plea, this is my constant cry and this is my challenge to your good office. Please Make that Difference.
